1. Service
OnlinePoll.me lets you create polls and surveys and collect responses free of charge. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to collect passwords, payment card data, national ID numbers or other sensitive personal data; to publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading content; or to manipulate votes with automated tools. We may remove content and block accounts that violate these rules without notice.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the polls and surveys you create. By publishing a public poll you allow us to display it, list it on the site and generate previews for sharing. Organization surveys are shown only to the people you share them with.
4. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the people you invite to your organization. Accounts and organizations may be deactivated for abuse.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
